Matt Lanier serves as the manager of service and retention at the Aspire Group, which works with the fan relationship group within the Georgia Tech Athletics Association.
He joined the GTAA in September 2012 as a sales consultant in the fan relations management center, before being promoted to senior service and retention consultant in 2013 while transiting to Aspires’ new service department within the Georgia Tech Ticket Office.
He was promoted to the team leader, service and retention position within the Aspire Group on July 2014 before being elevated to his current role in April 2016.
Lanier, who grew up in Woodstock, Ga., graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2011.
He enjoys playing basketball, softball and spending time with friends and family.
