As A Sophomore in 2011-12: Bettered all of his previous career bests from 2010-11, with four coming at the Georgia Tech Invitational... Posted a seventh-place finish in the 100 back, after recording a career-best 49.85 in the preliminaries... Was 27th in the 50 free at the GT Invitational (21.59)... Claimed a 12th-place finish in the 100 fly at the GT Invitational, putting down a career-best time of 49.91... Finished seventh in the 200 back at the GT meet, with a career-best time of 1:49.88 coming in the preliminaries... Swam the lead-off leg of the fifth-place 200 medley relay at the ACC Championship that was clocked in 1:27.76 - a season-best by the Jackets and the third fastest in school history... Placed second at the Georgia Tech Invitational in the 400 medley relay with the team's fastest time of the season and tied for the eighth-fastest in program history (3:18.90).
As a Freshman in 2010-11: Set many career bests at the 2010 Georgia Tech Fall Invitational ... Notched a P.R. in the 50-Free of 22.15 seconds, a career best in the 100-Back of 51.98 seconds en route to a 22nd place finish, a time of 1:53.36 in the 200-Back and a career best time of 51.58 in the 100-Fly.
