2016-17 (Freshman): Made an immediate impact for the Jackets her rookie season, competing for Tech in the free and fly events ... Swam the second leg of the record setting 800 free relay team (7:08.87) at the 2017 ACC Championships ... Recorded the top time for Tech on the season in the 500 free (4:48.85), 1000 free (10:02.43) and 1650 free (16:45.41) ... Also posted the second-fastest time for the Jackets in the 200 free (1:49.75) ... Had the fourth-best time on the year in the 200 fly (2:00.80), seventh-best in the 100 fly (56.03) and ninth-fastest in the 100 free (52.37) ... Was a member of the third-fastest 200 free relay (1:34.22) and 400 free relay (3:24.99) units on the year ... Recorded 18 top-10 individual finishes on the year ... Finished first-place overall in the 250 free (2:25.35) versus Georgia Southern and in the 200 fly (2:07.11) in the double-dual meet against Boston College and Pitt ... Also posted wins in the 500 free (4:59.30) and 1000 free (10:16.90) in the tri-meet with SCAD and Florida State ... Posted second-place finishes in the 500 free (5:05.79) and the 1000 free (10:26.15) versus BC and Pitt, as well as in the 1000 free (10:22.15) against Notre Dame ... Also earned a runner-up finish in the 500 free (4:57.03) and 1000 free (10:11.79) against Cincinnati and FAU, as well as in the 1650 free (17:30.49) versus Alabama ... Finished third in the 500 free in the dual meet with Notre Dame (5:02.74) and in the dual meet against Alabama (5:05.12) ... Recorded four top-20 finishes at the Georgia Tech Invitational, placing 14th in the 500 free (4:48.85), 15th in the 200 free (1:49.75), 16th in the 200 fly (2:02.08) and 19th in the 1650 free (17:14.35) ... Finished 15th in the 1650 free (16:45.41), 25th in the 200 fly (2:00.80) and 26th in the 500 free (4:52.63) at the 2017 ACC Championships.
Before Tech: Graduated from Central York High School ... Swam for the York YMCA and coach Michael Brooks from age eight thru high school ... Ranked as high as 11th overall in the state of Pennsylvania ... Led her York YMCA girls club team to the 2016 YMCA National Championships title ... A member of the 200 free relay unit that set a new national record and won at the 2016 YMCA National Championships ... Part of the 2013 relay team that won the 800 free relay event at the 2013 Junior National Championships and set the national record ... Also finished sixth in the 200 meter free and seventh in the 400 meter free events at the 2016 YMCA National Long Course Championships ... Graduated in the top three percent of her class ... A member of the Distinguished Honor Roll, the National Honor Society and the German National Honor Society ... Also served as the student council treasurer.
