Georgia Tech men’s swimming will compete at the 2018 ACC Championships this week in Greensboro, N.C.

Before Tech: A four-year letterwinner on the swim team at Hinsdale Central High School under head coach Robert Barber ... Ranked as high as the No. 2 overall male swimmer in the class of 2017 in the state of Illinois ... Ranked as high as No. 1 nationally among the high school rankings in the 100 fly ... A four-time all-American in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 ... A three-time Illinois High School Association (IHSA) Boys 100 fly state champion ... A three-time Team MVP in 2014, 2015 and 2016, and winner of the John Kinsella Award his senior year for overall athletic achievement ... A four-time all-conference swimmer ... Holds six Hinsdale Central High School records overall ... Led his Hinsdale team to an Illinois High School state championship title in 2015, a second-place state championship finish in 2014 and 2017, and a third-place finish at the state championship meet in 2016 ...
