Before Tech: Swam and played water polo at Clear Springs High School in League City, Texas ... Earned Texas all-state second-team honors in both swimming and water polo his senior season in 2017 ... A three-time first-team all-region selection ... A three-time team MVP on the swim team ... Holds the Clear Springs school record in the 100 back, 100 free, 200 free, 500 free and 200 IM events, while also a member of the record holding 200 medley, 200 free and 400 free relay teams ...
