A veteran and key reserve on the Tech defensive line his entire career... would have started for many teams... played behind two All-ACC tackles... had 17 tackles, 2.5 tackles-for-loss and 1.5 sacks... had a pair of tackles vs. LSU (Dec. 31)... recorded three tackles and had a half-sack in the win at 13th-ranked Georgia (Nov. 29)... made his first career start vs. Miami (Nov. 20) when Vance Walker sat out with a sore ankle... responded by tying a career-high with five tackles and had a sack for a loss of 10 yards against the Hurricanes... played very well in the win over Florida State (Nov. 1) with two solo tackles and a tackle-for-loss... served as a game captain and had two solo tackles vs. Mississippi State (Sept. 20)... a part of the regular rotation on the line for the second straight year... uses his quickness to be a good pass-rusher.

Saw action in the first 10 games of the season... was injured against North Carolina and did not return until the bowl game... had a pass break-up against Samford... credited with tackles against Troy and Virginia Tech.

Played in every game... had a tackle-for-loss and a fumble recovery against Wake Forest... season-high five tackles, including one shared sack, against Virginia Tech... had one of Tech's season-high seven sacks in the Jackets' victory at third-ranked Miami... redshirted in 2004.
