2016 CoSIDA FIRST-TEAM ACADEMIC ALL-DISTRICT
2016 (Sophomore): Started all 13 games at wide receiver ... Earned first-team CoSIDA Academic All-District recognition in honor of his achievements on the field and in the classroom ... Ranked second on the team with 19 receptions and third with 382 receiving yards ... Also served as the Jackets’ primary punt returner and averaged 11.5 yards per return over 11 attempts ... If he had enough attempts to qualify for the NCAA rankings (min.: 16), would have ranked 10th nationally in punt-return average ... Caught at least one pass in 11-of-13 games ... Twice matched a career high with three receptions -- Oct. 8 at Pittsburgh (46 yards) and Oct. 29 vs. Duke (70 yards) ... hauled in two receptions for a career-high 87 yards in regular-season finale at Georgia (Nov. 26) ... His career-long 64-yard catch in the second quarter at UGA led directly to Georgia Tech’s second touchdown of the day ...
