AT TECH: Moved to cornerback in 2006 after two years as a backup wide receiver... saw significant action in 2007, mostly on special teams... had 16 career receptions as a freshman and sophomore... returned punts earlier in his career.

2007: Saw action in seven games... credited with 12 tackles on the season... had eight solo tackles... came off the bench to make three tackles including two unassisted in the season opener at Notre Dame (Sept. 1)... had his best game of the season vs. nationally-ranked Boston College (Sept. 15) with seven tackles including four solos... made an unassisted tackle vs. Army (Oct. 20).

2006: Started four games at cornerback after moving to the secondary in the spring . . . In his first game on defense, he had eight tackles with one tackle for loss against second-ranked Notre Dame . . . Had a key interception in Tech's win over Miami, giving the Jackets possession at the Miami 40-yard line with 1:25 left in the first half to set up the tying field goal . . . Totalled 19 tackles on the season . . . Also returned 10 punts for 39 yards, with a long of 14 yards against Notre Dame.

2005: Tech's fourth-leading receiver with 15 catches for 95 yards . . . The Jackets' top receiver in the season-opening win at 16th-ranked Auburn with six catches for 36 yards . . . Made a key reception in Tech's win at third-ranked Miami with an 18-yard catch on third-and-17 to keep the Jackets' first touchdown drive alive . . . That was his longest reception of the season.

2004: Earned playing time as a true freshman . . . Returned five punts for 19 yards, all in the season opener against Samford . . . His only reception of the season was a key play in Tech's win over Maryland . . . Caught an 11-yard pass for a first down on a Tech scoring drive . . .
