Neal Peduzzi enters his eighth season at Georgia Tech and his second as director of player development after serving the previous six years as assistant director.
Peduzzi was promoted in the spring of 2010 after Eric Ciano left to take a similar job with the Buffalo Bills.
Prior to arriving at Tech, Peduzzi served two years as a graduate assistant at Tennessee. Previously, he worked as an intern in player development at Arizona State.
Peduzzi graduated from Lander University in 2002 with a degree in exercise science. He earned a masters degree from Tennessee in biomechanics and sports medicine.
Peduzzi is single and resides in Atlanta.
