Tech football may lack A-list superstars, but the Jackets have depth at most positions
A former walk-on who developed in a consistent performer on the offensive line... elected to forego his senior season because he will graduate in the spring of 2013... awarded a scholarship by head coach Paul Johnson prior to the start of the 2011 season... started six times in 2011 and was a key back-up in 2012... joined the program in August, 2009.
2012 (junior): Played in 12 games and made one start - in the season opener on Labor Day night at Virginia Tech... helped Georgia Tech lead the ACC and rank fourth nationally in rushing offense (311.2 ypg).
2011 (sophomore): Played in 12 games and started six times... all six of his starts came at right tackle... helped Georgia Tech lead the ACC in rushing offense, total offense, scoring offense, fewest sacks allowed and third-down conversion percentage. 2010 (redshirt freshman): Saw action in six games... played against South Carolina State, Virginia, Middle Tennessee State, Miami, Duke and Georgia.
2009 (true freshman): Redshirted.
