2011 (sophomore): Started the first 12 games of the season... did not play in the Hyundai Sun Bowl because of a violation of team rules... finished the season with 52 tackles, 3.0 tackles for loss, one interception, five pass break-ups, one quarterback hurry and one forced fumble... recorded six tackles, including a half-tackle for loss, in the season opener vs. Western Carolina (Sept. 1)... had five tackles including a tackle for loss in key road win at NC State (Oct. 1)... registered six tackles vs. Maryland (Oct. 8)... had six tackles and forced a fumble in win over sixth-ranked Clemson (Oct. 29)... credited with seven tackles in ACC road win at Duke (Nov. 19)... got his first career interception to go along with three tackles vs. Georgia (Nov. 26).
2010 (true freshman): Played in 12 games as a back-up at corner and a member of special teams... recorded 10 tackles... recorded two tackles vs. NC State (Sept. 25)... had a career-high three tackles vs. Middle Tennessee State (Oct. 16)... registered a pair of tackles in the win over Duke (Nov. 20).
High School: Good Counsel HS... ranked as the No. 13 cornerback prospect nationally by Rivals.com... ranked as the No. 19 cornerback nationally by Scout.com... named all-state and the state defensive player of the year... 2009 Montgomery County Player of the Year...
