ATLANTA - The BB&T Atlanta Open, the first tournament in the summer U.S. Open Series being contested at Atlantic Station, is offering a discount to Georgia Tech students, faculty, staff and alumni so they can support Yellow Jacket player Kevin King competing in the event.

The BB&T Atlanta Open is coming to Atlantic Station from July 14-22. King, who completed an All-American career last spring for Georgia Tech, is competing in the main draw of doubles with Georgia's Ignacio Taboada, and also has a wild card berth in the qualifying singles draw. Qualifying rounds begin on Saturday, July 14 and will conclude on Monday, July 16. The main draw will begin Monday, July 16.

To make it easy for Tech fans to attend the event, the BB&T Atlanta Open has created a Georgia Tech Discount Code for the early rounds of the event.

For Qualifying Round 1 (Saturday, July 14), Qualifying Round 2 (Sunday, July 15), Main Draw Session 1 (Monday, July 16) and Main Draw Session 2 (Tuesday, July 17), Tech supporters will receive a discount of $8 OFF any seat. This means tickets can be as cheap as $7 to Opening Weekend.
