Hello, My Name is ... Michael Kay

THE FLATS – One of the nation’s top 25 junior tennis players, Michael Kay joined his brother, Casey, on the Georgia Tech team this fall.

Michael made an immediate impact in the fall for the Jackets, winning the main draw doubles title with Christopher Eubanks in the Georgia Tech Fall Invitational, and getting to the Division II singles finals at the Southern Intercollegiate Championships in Athens, where he lost to teammate Eduardo Segura.

Michael was rated a five-star prospect on the Tennis Recruiting Network, ranking No. 23 nationally. His father, Fred, swam collegiately at Kansas, and his sister, Whitney, plays tennis at North Carolina.
