2012 Cross Country:
Ran his best race at the ACC Championships with a time of 25:14 to finish first for Tech ... Competed in the NCAA South Regional, finishing 34th overall and first for Tech with a personal-best time of 31:43.
2012 Track:
Indoor: Claimed first place in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:20.53 at the Kentucky Invite ... Placed first in the 800 meters (1:51.23) and helped the DMR to second place (9:56.53) at the VT Elite Meet ... Recorded another first place finish in the 800 meters (1:50.12) at the ACC Championships. Outdoor: Raced to first-place finishes three times in the 1,500 meters, crossing the line in 3:46.52 at the Georgia Intercollegiate Invite, 3:48.95 at the Yellow Jacket Invite and 3:46.85 at the Florida Relays ... Helped the 4x800-meter relay to a first place finish with a time of 7:33.09 ... Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 800 meters, placing 12th in the East Regional with a time of 1:48.97 ... Placed 20th overall and fifth in his heat at the NCAA Championships in the 800 meters with a time of 1:49.83.
2011 Cross Country:
Competed in all six meets ... Placed 14th out of 118 runners with a time of 25:58 at the UGA Invite ... Finished third for Tech at the Clemson Invite with a time of 24:47 ... Placed 17th out of 260 runners at the Charlotte Invite with a time of 24:58 ... Crossed the line second for Tech at the Crimson Classic in 25:30 in 10th place out of 158 runners ... Turned in a season-best performance at the ACC Championships with a time of 24:45 ... Finished second for Tech at the NCAA South Regionals with a time of 32:18.
2011 Track:
Indoor: Champion in the 1,000 meters with a time of 2:25.84 at the Tiger Paw Invitational ... Finished 10th in the DMR at the ACC Championships with a mark of 10:05.62 ... Also finished fifth in the 800 meters in 1:51.66 at the same meet. Outdoor: Champion in two events at the Georgia Intercollegiate Invitational- the 1,500 meters in 3:47.62 and in the 4x800-meter relaywith a time of 7:39.14 ... Finished third in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:22.96 ... His time of 1:51.44 in the 800 meters earned him a first place title at the Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket Invitational ... Won the 1,500 meters at the Auburn Tiger Classic in 3:47.19 ... In the DMR at the Penn Relays, finished in 9:54.15 for fourth place ... Champion in the 1,500 meters at the UNF Osprey Invitational with a mark of 3:46.22.
2010 Cross Country:
Achieved a 22nd place finish at the UGA Invitational with a 26:12 mark ... His 25:52 time at the UGA vs. GT Dual Meet was good for seventh place ... Crossed the finish line 14th in 24:58 at the Royal Cross Country Challenge.
2010 Track:
Indoor: At the Virginia Tech Elite, ran the anchor leg of the 4x400 relay, which finished sixth with a time of 3:17.84, and ran the third leg of the distance medley relay, finishing seventh with a time of 10:20.80 ... Finished 15th in the 800-meter run at the ACC Championships (2/25) with a time of 1:54.09. Outdoor: Placed fifth in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:52.18 at the Tiger Track Classic at Auburn University (4/2); as the third leg in the 4x400-meter relay, helped the Jackets place third with a time of 3:12.88 ... At the ACC Outdoor Championships (4/15), ran a 1:53.53 in the 800-meter run to finish in 13th place.
