Track Splits For Tiger Track Classic And Florida Relays

THE FLATS – The Georgia Tech track and field team splits up this weekend to compete in the Tiger Track Classic in Auburn, Ala. and the Pepsi Florida Relays in Gainesville, Fla. on Friday and Saturday.

Action begins Friday at the Tiger Track Classic at 2 p.m. CT, and Saturday’s competition starts at 11 a.m. CT. In Gainesville, collegiate competition begins Friday at 12 p.m. ET and Saturday at 10 a.m. ET.

Thirteen Yellow Jackets will compete in 11 events at the Florida Relays, while 34 Jackets will compete in 21 events at the Tiger Track Classic.

In Georgia Tech’s most recent action, Tech hosted the Yellow Jacket Invitational last weekend, where Tech recorded four first-place finishes. Broderick Snoddy (100m), Shawn Roberts (1500m), Nikita Kirillov (pole vault) and Jonathan Gardner (triple jump) won their events.
