Tech Track Ships Out Across The Country
The Jackets will compete at three different meets on April 6 and 7

ATLANTA - This weekend the Georgia Tech men's and women's track and field teams will spread out across the country when they compete in the Stanford Invitational, the Florida Relays and the Tiger Track Classic on April 6 and 7.
The Stanford Invite will take place at the Cobb Track and Angell Field in Palo Alto, Calif., the Florida Relays will occur at James G. Pressly Stadium at Percy Beard Track in Gainesville, and the Tiger Track Classic will be held at the Hutsell-Rosen Track in Auburn, Ala.
Distance runners D.J. McMillan and Patrick Barronwill take part in the 10k and 5k respectively at the Stanford Invite. Barron will be the first to compete on Friday morning at 11:10 a.m. in heat four of the 5k while McMillan will wait until 10:44 p.m. in the final race on Friday evening.
The rest of the Yellow Jackets will split themselves between the Florida Relays and the Auburn Invitational.
Tech will compete in 12 different women's events and 14 different men's events on the weekend at the Florida Relays while 28 Tech athletes take the trip down I-85 to Auburn for the Tiger Track Classic.
