Cross Country Finishes First, Sixth At Crimson Classic
The men's team finished first out of 12 teams
2012 Cross Country:
Competed in the Crimson Classic and took 22nd place out of 111 total runners with a career-best time of 26:23 in the 8K ... Crossed the line in a personal-best 10K time of 33:07 at the NCAA South Regionals.
2012 Track:
Indoor: Helped the DMR place second (9:56.53) at the VT Elite Meet ... Ran a collegiate-best mile time of 4:11.13 at the ACC Championships. Outdoor: Ran part of the 4x800-meter relay that finished second (7:39.45) at the Georgia Intercollegiate Invite ... Ran his career-best 1,500 meter time in 3:49.07 for fifth place at the same meet ... Claimed second place in the 1,500 meters with a time of 3:51.20 at the UCF Invite.
2011 Cross Country:
Did not compete.
2011 Track:
Indoor: Finished 11th in the 800 meters at the Clemson Orange & Purple Winter Classic (12/04) with a time of 2:00.69.
Outdoor: Placed eighth at the FSU Seminole Invitational (4/08) with a time of 1:57.68 ... Had a season-best time of 1:54.44 at the UNF Osprey Invitational (5/13) to finish 11th in the 800 meters.
2010 Track:
Indoor: At the Roaring Tiger (12/4), placed third in the mile with a time of 4:44.29 ... Placed 14th in the 800-meter run at the Kentucky Invite (1/15), finishing with a time of 1:57.57 ... At the Virginia Tech Elite (2/5), ran the third leg of the distance medley relay, helping the team to a sixth-place finish and a time of 10:19.62. Outdoor: Posted a time of 1:57.26 to finish fourth in the 800-meter run at the Georgia/Georgia Tech Dual Meet (3/19) ... Placed 11th in the Tiger Track Classic at Auburn University (4/2) with a time of 3:58.60 ... Finished second with a time of 3:56.61 in the 1,500-meter run in the GT/Clemson/KSU Double Dual Meet in Atlanta (5/1).
