As a Freshman (2008): Made 12 appearances in the circle and posted a 5-4 record with a 4.88 ERA ... Yielded 40 runs (33 earned) on 60 hits and 21 walks in 47.1 innings ... Had six complete games and a shutout in eight starts ... In her first career appearance against Virginia Tech, she pitched a scoreless inning in relief (March 16) ... Earned a win in her first career start giving up two runs in seven innings against Winthrop (March 20) ... Won her second straight career start giving up only two runs and walking none against Coastal Carolina (March 22) ... Pitched her first shutout in a 9-0 win over Furman only giving up just two hits (March 25) ... Surrendered only one run on three hits in seven innings in the game two win over Western Carolina (April 3) ... Pitched four innings of relief in game two against Georgia and gave up one unearned run to earn the win (April 9).
