CLEMSON, S.C. – Georgia Tech indoor track and field wrapped up competition at the ACC Indoor Championships on Saturday afternoon at the Clemson Indoor Track & Field Complex.

The Yellow Jacket men finished eighth with 37 points while the women’s team finished 13th with 14 points.

“I am VERY proud of this team for the effort that they put forth this weekend,” head men’s coach Grover Hinsdale said. “They just came together and fought their tails off. We had several PRs, but mainly, I loved seeing the fight that they displayed throughout the entire meet.”

“We are really proud of Jeanine [Williams] for winning her first conference title over a very quality field in the hurdles and of Raven for making the final and scoring,” head women’s coach Alan Drosky said. “And while we’ve got to get better as a team, the women are improving and we are proud of the fight that they brought this weekend. If we bring this same effort to every meet during the outdoor season we will see a better team result in May.”
