Tech Cross Country Finishes Second at UGA Invite
Both the men and women squads take second place
2012 Cross Country:
Finished third for Georgia Tech and 13th overall at the UGA Invitational with a career-best 5K time of 17:56 ... Ran the Louisville CC Classic with a time of 18:13 ... Recorded a career-best 6K time of 22:14 at the ACC Championships, closely followed by a time of 22:32 at the NCAA South Regional.
2012 Track:
Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: Took fifth in the 5,000 meters at the Yellow Jacket Invite with a time of 18:29.86 ... Ran the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 11:50.20 at the Florida Relays ... Raced to a time of 4:56.23 in the 1,500 meters at the UCF Invitational.
2011 Cross Country:
Top finisher for Georgia Tech at the Clemson Invitational 6K, recording a season-best time of 22:44.22 and finishing 39th out of 114 runners ... Turned in a season-best performance at the Charlotte Invite with a time of 18:38.14 to place 63rd out of 260 runners ... Ran a 23:06.00 at the ACC Championships and a 23:56.90 at the NCAA South Regionals.
