Sarah Eisenhut joined the Georgia Tech Athletic Association in June 2017 as an athletic trainer intern in the sports medicine department. At Tech, she will be working with the women's tennis program and assisting with football.
She came to The Flats after serving as a graduate assistant athletic trainer the last two years at the University of Kentucky where she worked with the women's soccer and women's tennis teams. She also served as the summer sports camps coverage coordinator where she scheduled athletic training coverage for over 80 sports camps and outside events.
Eisenhut also worked as an undergraduate at Penn State University where she worked with the Nittany Lions' women's soccer, men's basketball and football programs. She also worked with State College High School in creating and performing rehabilitation programs, as well as on-field and in-game coverage at sporting events.
A 2014 athletic training summer intern with the Buffalo Bills, Eisenhut graduated from Penn State in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in athletic training. She earned her master's degree in athletic training from Kentucky in 2017.
Eisenhut is NATABOC certified and has her American Heart Association CPR/AED certification. She is also a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association, the Eastern Athletic Trainers' Association and the Pennsylvania Athletic Trainers' Association.
