AT TECH
Frontcourt reserve who provided size and physical play . . . Former walk-on who became a contributor as a junior and had been expected to be a major factor as a senior . . . Missed all of his senior year after being diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia prior to the beginning of the 2001-02 season . . . Began chemotherapy treatment in November of 2001, but graduated with his class in December ... Died on June 13, 2002 after a nine-month battle with the illness . . . Transferred to Tech after one season at Air Force . . . Sat out the 1998-99 season but practiced with the team.
2000-01
Played in 27 games off the bench, averaging almost 10 minutes an outing . . . Averaged 0.9 points and 1.0 rebounds . . . Also contributed 11 assists, seven steals and three blocks . . . Scored a career-high six points against Harvard . . . Had five points, a steal and a block against Duke . . . Had two points and one rebound in the ACC Tournament semifinal against North Carolina.
1999-2000
Played in 12 games off the bench . . . Saw most of his action when Jon Babul was injured, scoring in five consecutive games . . . Averaged 1.2 points and 1.0 rebounds . . . Hit field goals against Grambling State, UNCG, NC State, Wake Forest, North Carolina and Clemson as well as a pair of free throws against Florida A&M . . . Career-best five rebounds against Clemson . . . Also had a blocked shot and an assist against North Carolina.
AT AIR FORCE
Played in 21 games in 1997-98 and started one . . . Averaged 1.2 points and 1.6 rebounds . . . Made his only start at nationally-ranked Utah and played a season-high 36 minutes . . . Scored one point and grabbed five rebounds against the Utes . . . Scored a season high seven points against Doane the first game of the season . . . Had four points and a season-best six rebounds against Denver . . . Also scored four points against BYU . . . Had two points, two rebounds and two blocked shots in nine minutes in game at Denver.

Eisenhower . . . Graduated in December, 2001 with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering . . . Basketball team representative on the Georgia Tech Student-Athlete Advisory Board.
