An extremely quick A-back with big-play capability... one of a handful of players competing for a starting job at A-back this fall... returned to action in 2012 after missing all of 2011 with an injury... played as a true freshman in 2010... averages more than seven yards per rushing attempt and nearly 20 yards per reception for his career... has a knack for getting to the first-down marker... has experience as a kick returner as well... enters 2013 with 1,052 career all-purpose yards.

2012 (sophomore): Played in 13 games and started two games (at Georgia and vs. Florida State in the ACC Championship Game)... missed the Clemson game (Oct. 6) with an injury... rushed 34 times for an average of 6.2 yards per carry... had seven receptions for an average of 19.9 yards per catch... rushed five times for 35 yards and had a 19-yard reception in the season opener at Virginia Tech (Sept. 3)... had two receptions for 66 yards and rushed five times for 28 yards vs. Boston College (Oct. 20)... made first start of the season at Georgia (Dec. 1) and rushed five times for 33 yards... started in the ACC Championship Game against FSU and responded with five rushing attempts for 25 yards and two receptions for 41 yards.

2011 (redshirt): Suffered a season-ending injury in August... became completely healthy late in the season and practiced with the scout team.

2010 (true freshman): Enrolled at Tech in January... played in all 13 games... had 13 rushing attempts for 127 yards (9.8 yards per carry)... took over primary kick return duties by the third game of the season (at North Carolina)... averaged 20.5 yards on 28 kickoff returns (9th in the ACC)... had five rushing attempts for 30 yards in the season opener vs. South Carolina State (Sept. 4)... had two carries for 51 yards and one kickoff return of 35 yards vs. NC State (Sept. 25)... produced 110 all-purpose yards in the win at Wake Forest (Oct. 2) with two carries for 41 yards and three kick returns for 69 yards... returned five kicks for 101 yards at Clemson (Oct. 23)... had six kickoff returns for 125 yards vs. Miami (Nov. 13).

High School: A standout quarterback and athlete at Jefferson County High School... rated the 17th-best prospect in the state of Georgia (Rivals)... rated 16th on the AJC Fab 50 list... rated the 20th-best prospect in Georgia (Superprep)... 2009 Region 3-AA Player of the Year, All-State, State Offensive Player of the Year, Augusta Chronicle Player of the Year... 2008 first team All-State, All-Area and All-Region... 2007 first team All-State, All-Area, All-Region... played in the third annual Offense/Defense All-America Bowl in Myrtle Beach, S.C... accounted for 2,600 yards as a quarterback in 2008... played four years of football at Jefferson County HS under coach J.B. Arnold... served one year as a team captain... also played three seasons of basketball and ran track for three years... led high school team to regional championships in 2006 and 2009, and regional runner-ups in 2007 and 2008... rushed for 1,227 yards on 165 carries, scoring 17 touchdowns as a senior in 2009... averaged 7.4 yards per carry... also caught nine passes for 231 yards and four touchdowns... at quarterback, threw for 1,124 yards and 17 touchdowns with a .680 completion percentage... set 15 school records at JCHS.
