Georgia Tech (2-2) is looking to rebound against Middle Tennessee State (2-1)
A promising redshirt freshman A-back... enrolled early at Georgia Tech, in January of 2012... began career as a quarterback before moving to A-back near the start of the `12 season.
2012 (true freshman): Redshirted... played on the scout team.
High School: Godby HS... played for head coach Ronnie Cottrell... considered one of the top "athletes" in the 2012 class... rated No. 79 at quarterback nationally by Scout.com and the No. 44 overall prospect in Florida by MaxPreps.com... passed for 5,426 yards and 36 TDs in his high school career, including 2,073 yards and 17 TDs as a senior... averaged 4.8 yards per carry in his career (1,915 yards) and scored 22 rushing TDs.
Personal: Born Dec. 6, 1993... son of Dennis and Marcella Andrews... his father, Dennis was a fullback at Florida State, and his uncle played safety at Alabama.... has two siblings -- Lilliann and Daniel... plans to major in management.
