Yellow Jackets, Hokies set for crucial Coastal Division battle next Thursday
An athletic receiver with great size and speed... has been timed at 4.61 in the 40... one of several true freshmen who could contribute right away... a local product from nearby Peachtree City... comes from the same high school as freshmen teammate Zach Laskey.
High School: Starr's Mill HS... earned four varsity letters under coach Chad Phillips... caught 33 passes for 630 yards as a senior... scored three touchdowns... played wide receiver and safety... named second team all-state as a WR... also ran track for four years and played basketball for three seasons.
Personal: Full name is Jeffery Quian Greene... parents are Jeff, Sr., and Zsahanna... has eight siblings -- Quiyana, Jasmine, Jeffery, Jada, Kobe, Jalen, Brandon and Justin... born Sept. 10, 1992 in Atlanta... previously lived in Chicago Heights, Ill... once went on a mission to Mexico to help needy families build homes... began playing football in fifth grade.
