General info: Transfer from Tennessee Tech who worked his way into regular duty in the middle of Tech's lineup his junior year, then excelled at the bottom of the Tech order as a senior ... Finished career with a 59-16 dual match record in singles, including his two seasons at Tennessee Tech, and 51-25 in doubles.
2010-11: Moved into the singles lineup in February at No. 6 position and enjoyed a tremendous spring, both in singles and doubles ... Won 15 of 17 dual match decisions (18-9 overall), and 10 of 11 in conference play ... Won the clinching match in Tech's 4-3 win over No. 11 Georgia, and against No. 21 Mississippi State in the NCAA 2nd round ... Was 11-2 at the No. 6 spot, and won all four of his matches at No. 5 ... Teamed with Guillermo Gomez to go 19-4 in dual matches, the best record among Tech's doubles teams (16-3 at No. 3, 3-1 at No. 2) ... They were 1-1 in career NCAA dual doubles matches.
2009-10: Went 7-8 in dual match play, 1-3 in conference play ... Played anywhere from No. 2 to 6 in the lineup, but mostly at 3-4 ... Teamed up with Guillermo Gomez to go 7-5 at No. 3 doubles, helping solidify the Yellow Jackets' in doubles over the last month.
2008-09 (Tennessee Tech): Named Ohio Valley Conference Player of the Year ... Posted a 19-6 overall singles record, going 12-7 in doubles play ... All-OVC selection for the second-straight year ... Had a remarkable 17-1 singles record in dual match play at the No. 1 position, going a perfect 8-0 in conference play ... Won 11-consecutive matches to close out the regular season.
2007-08 (Tennessee Tech): Had one of the best freshman seasons at Tech ... Was named First-Team All-OVC while going 19-4 in singles and 13-6 in doubles ... Played number one doubles and two singles ... Helped Tech claim the OVC regular season title.
High School/Junior Tennis: Strong player on the Junior ITF circuit ranking #1 in South Africa ...
