2009 Cross Country:
Ran in all six races for Tech this season... Best time of the year came at the ACC Championships where he finished in 43rd with a time of 25:09... Was the first Yellow Jacket to cross the finish line in the NCAA South Regional 10K with a time of 32:11.
2008 Cross Country:
Participated in three races this season... His best time was 25:23 at the Auburn Tiger Invitational... Also posted a 20:40 at the dual meet with UGA.
2007 Cross Country:
Competed in five of Tech's six races this season ... The fifth Tech runner to finish in the Vanderbilt Classic 8k with a time of 26:40 ... Crossed the finish line in 16:09 to place 29th overall in the UTC Invitational 5k ... Ran a 26:01 in the Greater Louisville Classic 8k race.
2006 Cross Country:
Was the fifth Tech competitor to finish in his only race of the season ... Finished the 8.4K race at the Tennessee Invitational in a time of 29:03 for a 48th-place finish.
2005 Cross Country:
One of Tech's two freshmen who competed in all races on the season ... Placed 17th overall at the Mercer Atlanta Invitational with a time of 17:44 ... Finished third among Tech runners at the Florida State Invitational with a time of 27:20 in the 8K ... Had a time of 27:14 in the 5-mile race at the Notre Dame Invitational ... Tallied a time of 33:08 in the 10K race at the Chile pepper Invitational ... Finished sixth among Tech competitors at both the ACC Championships (27:22) and NCAA South Region Championships (35:29).
High School:
Four-year letter winner in cross country... Helped team to 2003 state championship in Class AAA... Named to all-Area team by Atlanta Journal Constitution in 2003 and 2004... Hold high school cross country record in the 5K... Senior Class President, Honor Roll.
