McKee Long Jump Highlights Penn Relays
The sophomore took home first place in the long jump at the prestigious meet
In 2010-11: Indoor: Finished in 13th place in the 3000 meter run at the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/11) with a time of 10:30.38...Earned a 11th place finish in the 4000 distance medley relay at the ACC Indoor Championships (2/24) with a time of 12:19.07. Outdoor: Earned third place at the Georgia Intercollegiate Invitational (3/18) in the 4x8 with a time of 9:53.31 and eighth place in the 1500 meter run (4:44.87)..Took fifth place at the Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket Invitational in the 5000 meter run with a time of 17:45.80...Finished 18th place at the Auburn Tiger Classic (4/1) in the 1500 meter with a time of 4:51.99...Earned 13th place at the Penn Relays (4/28) in the 4000 distance medley relay with a time of 12:22.78.
In 2009-10: Indoor: Finished third in the 5000 meter run at the Clemson Invitational (1/8) with a time of 19:00.44 ... Took 23rd in the one mile run finishing in a time of 5:11.25 at the Rod McCravy Invitational (1/29) ... At the VT Elite Meet (2/5) finished the 3000 meter run in 11th place in a time of 10:17.68 ... Took eighth in the 1000 meter run finishing in a time of 3:04.32 at the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/12) ... Crossed the line 25th in the 3000 meter run at the ACC Championships (2/25) with a time of 10:19.65. Outdoor: Took fourth in the 3200 meter run in 10:57.78 at the Georgia Dual Meet (3/19).
In 2008-09: Indoor: Competed in three events on the indoor season ... ran the one mile run at each event, registering a top time of 5:17.55 at the VT Elite Invitational.
High School: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track & field ... All-state in the 1600m in 2006... named school's cross country MVP in `05 and '06 and track & field MVP in `06 ... ... won the sectional and regional championship in cross country and track & field (`05 & '06) ... holds the school-record in the 800-meter ... also played point guard on the varsity basketball team at Columbus North ...
